在闽台公益组织签约仪式上，涵盖闽台生态保护、青少年教育、心理健康、农业合作及青年就业创业等多个领域的公益合作项目成功签约落地；在平潭公益基地采风行中，两岸专家学者、台湾青年公益社团代表、福建省社会组织负责人前往平潭综合实验区城市规划馆、台康社区（在岚台胞聚居地之一）等地，看到了岚台深度融合公益事业蓬勃发展的动人景象；此外，两岸青年志愿者还一同前往平潭海滩开展净滩、垃圾分类、对接转运等公益活动。

诚如福建省青年联合会负责人、省青年志愿者协会会长魏玲所言，在福建这片热土上，闽台青年正用公益实践诠释着“两岸一家亲”的血脉深情：厦门海沧两岸义工联盟首创“台胞志工+社工+义工”的三联模式；疫情期间，台湾青年郭屹凡在闽开办的“拎咖啡”为白衣天使送上了1000多杯暖心咖啡；全国首个海峡两岸青年公益保护地也在平潭落地，闽台青年共同守护候鸟迁徙的生态廊道……

值得一提的是，本次活动的举办地、全国唯一对台综合实验区——平潭，为两岸志愿服务融合以及创新发展提供了广阔舞台。近年来，平潭聚焦社会秩序、品牌赛事、生态保护等方面，打造形式多样、内涵丰富的志愿服务项目，积极探索社区治理模式，先后引进一百多名台湾社区营造师参与社区治理，形成独具特色的志愿服务模式，志愿服务的注册率、活跃度常年位居全省前列。

志愿服务成为了新时代两岸融合的“柔性纽带”。

书写新时代两岸文化共生史

“志愿服务”是现代词汇，但公益精神却是中国古已传颂、代代传承的美好品德。党的十八大以来，“雷锋精神，人人可学；奉献爱心，处处可为”，更在全社会蔚然成风。据统计，截至2025年2月，全国实名志愿者总人数已到2.38亿，福建省682万注册志愿者累计志愿服务超1亿小时。而台湾青年志愿者的加入，也极大助力了福建公益事业的发展。爱上海419

“我们结合台湾环保志工经验与本地‘邻里守望’队伍，推行垃圾分类，将净滩捡拾的塑料瓶制成再生花盆，让环保理念深入人心。一位村民感叹：‘环保不是口号，是让家园变美的魔法！’”已在平潭工作五年的台湾资深社工邱晨芯说。

宣传环保理念、推广社区治理经验的同时，她还在平潭找到了心心相印的感觉：“去年中秋，台湾麻糬与平潭鱼丸同席，通过举办‘共享明月’活动，两岸同胞共赏圆月，文化的交融成为最温暖的纽带。”

中国人民大学公共管理学院教授、中国志愿服务联合会研究会副会长、民政部社区建设专家委员会委员魏娜，到台湾参观过后也有“心有戚戚”之感：“我发现，台湾社区里老年人成立了‘邻里守望’巡逻队，这巡逻队跟大陆社区里的老人巡逻队不是一个样吗？文化同根是我们做好两岸交流、做好志愿服务交流的根基。”

魏娜教授指出，通过深化两岸志愿服务融合，“书写两岸文化共生史”，志愿服务成为传承中华文化、增进民族认同的实践课堂爱上海。
